Our co-founders Dr. S.D. Patterson and Tamica Patterson created Neighborhood's Hands after they saw the overwhelming need in Winston-Salem due to COVID-19.

Dr. S.D. Patterson, our Executive Director, is a Winston-Salem native and has a unique vision for Neighborhood’s Hands Inc., due to his experience and reputation in the community. In addition, Neighborhood’s Hands will be one of very few minority owned and operated community outreach centers in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County.
